Download a free, fully functional WindowsÒ psychrometric program that Paul Milligan and I developed PMTHERM v1.23 download 648K bytes. To go to Paul's site, click here. You will need to have VBRUN300.DLL on your system to run this program. If you already use Visual Basic programs, you will likely have the file on your system. The file should be located in your /WINDOWS/SYSTEM subdirectory. You may download a copy of VBRUN300.DLL from here. My first Java program is a psychrometric calculator. Try it out! Note the calculator does not 'add states' at the moment. Click here.
